Area Of Deliveries
Deliveries of Products ordered will only be conduct within Malaysia.
For order status information or other assistance with the order you have placed from the MAC BORNEO online store, please contact 088-213 839 between the hours of 10:00 am and 8:00 pm Monday to Friday.
Placing Your Order
To place an order you must use the Order Form from the MAC BORNEO Online Store. We will not accept Orders placed in any way other than those listed above.
By placing an Order, you make an offer to us to purchase the Products you have selected on these terms and conditions. We may or may not accept your offer at our discretion. If we accept your Order, we will notify you of our acceptance by issuing an Order Confirmation. We will send your Order Confirmation to you by email.
Supply of Your Products
Subject to these terms and conditions, we will supply to you the Products indicated on your Order Confirmation.
When your Order has been shipped, we will contact you by email.
Delivery of Your Products
MAC BORNEO online store currently don’t do any free delivery.
There won’t be any delivery outside Malaysia.
The estimated shipment date on your order is based on product availability, payment processing time and warehouse processing time and does not include transit time. Payment processing will not begin until we receive all the information we need and full payment (or a full authorisation, in the case of credit card, loan or lease orders).
Orders placed on the weekend or on a public holiday will not begin payment processing until the next business day.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Malaysia public holidays.
Unless otherwise agreed by us, delivery of your Products will be made to the ship to address indicated on your Order Confirmation. If no-one is available to take delivery of your Products, the carrier will leave a card requesting you to telephone and arrange a suitable time and date for delivery.
Dead On Arrival (DOA) Product: System Failure Out of the Box
An Apple-branded hardware product is considered DOA if it shows symptoms of a hardware failure, preventing basic operability, upon its first use out of the box. If you believe that your product is DOA, please call 088-213 839 within 10 calendar days of the invoice date. MAC BORNEO will determine whether the product is DOA and offer you the following options:
i)Replacement: The same product that you ordered will be shipped to you at our expense. Our online store representative will contact you within 2-3 days of your call with the replacement product delivery details and the procedure for returning the DOA product.
ii)Service: You may have the product repaired; however, once serviced, the product is no longer eligible for replacement.
iii)Product must be deemed DOA by MAC BORNEO Staff within 10 working days of the invoice date in order to receive a replacement unit.
DOA Terms and Conditions
This DOA policy applies only to Apple-branded hardware products currently offered at the MAC BORNEO Online Store. As new products are offered, Apple reserves the right to determine whether or not this policy applies. The DOA for Apple branded products and other Non-Apple branded products offered at MAC BORNEO Online Store may be different.
If the product is deemed DOA by AppleCare Technical Support more than 10 calendar days after the invoice date, Apple’s standard product warranty will apply.
If the product is deemed by MAC BORNEO Technical Support NOT to be DOA, Apple’s standard product warranty will apply.
Shipping will be arranged at MAC BORNEO expense for all products determined by MAC BORNEO Technical Support to be DOA.
MAC BORNEO reserves the right to test returned DOA product. If the condition of the product is misrepresented by the customer, MAC BORNEO may impose a handling fee.
Apple Branded Products
If you discover what you believe is a product defect for any Apple-branded product, please contact 088-213 839. Such a defect, if any, is covered under the terms of your product’s warranty. Please refer to the warranty information and other supporting documentation that came with your product.
Proof of Purchase
MAC BORNEO will send an Order Confirmation via email if you have included an email address with your order.

Please choose carefully when shopping at the MAC BORNEO Online Store. Our sales consultants will be happy to match a solution to your needs.
Refunds and exchanges will be provided in line with your rights as a consumer and the additional policies and warranties summarised below. We will normally only refund in the event the goods:
- The Item has not been received after 10 days confirmation of deliveries received;
- The Item was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
- Seller has delivered an Item that does not match the agreed specification (e.g. wrong size, colour, etc.) ; or
- The Item delivered is materially different from the description provided by MAC BORNEO in the listing of the Item;
Your change of mind are not applicable to get a refund.
In some circumstances, we may need to send the item to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
If we accept merchandise for return that does not fall into any of the above categories, we may charge a 15% restocking fee if the goods have been opened, or the packaging is damaged.
We recommend that you retain your proof of purchase.
MAC BORNEO Online Store refunds are processed centrally within 14 working days. When returning a product for a refund, you will be asked for your name, address and signature as authorisation for the refund transaction into your bank account.
MAC BORNEO reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of sale at any time.
